All purchases are final and non-refundable.

​

For home deliveries, if you plan on not being home to receive your bouquet, we ask that you leave a vase or bucket with some fresh water in a shaded place for us to leave your bouquet in. 

An email will be sent the night of delivery or pick-up as a reminder. 

​

If you are unable to pick up your bouquet, another person can be sent to pick it up but please let us know in advance. We will not give your bouquet without having a message from you.

​

If you do not pick up your bouquet, that week will be lost unless we were contacted, and an arrangement was taken.
